Abstract：The essay ,according to the works of Albert Einstein and the documentary materials about the conception of light quantum, explores the close relationship between the conception of light quantum and the theory of Wien's equilibrium radiation as well as the thinking method and process of the conception of light quantum put forward by Albert Einstein.
