Abstract：The premature oolytes are seperated from ovary of Tachypeus tridentatus Leach, cultured in the medium which contains ferritin, and then fixated in differend time from 3th to 6th days. We observated therough transmission electron microscope that the molecules of ferritin can penetrate basemembrane of eocyte, and are obsorbed directely by microvilli and pinocytosis of plasma membrane into ooplasm. In the end it is deposited in cavity of endoplasmic reticulum and it form yolk yranules.
