Abstract：This paper presents the advantage and disadvantage of developing large tourism in the Wuhan City, puts forward the strategic cennotation, tentative plan and exploiting principle which should be followed in developing large tourism in Wuhan, and analyses the scope of constructing the large tourism network and the measures and countermeasures that should be adopted in realizing the large tourism development strategy.
