Abstract：In this paper,the functions of SODMC treatment on the chilling resistance of rape seedlings were studied. The results are as follows:By the way of spraying and spraying together with soaking.the SODMC in certain concentration promotes the chilling resistance of rape seedlings and decreases the hurt to membrane under chilling stress. Among the others, the SOD activity, content of chlorophyll are higher respectively than those in control; and the electrolytic leakage, POD activity are lower. Further more the effect of the treatment of the way of spraying together with soaking is better than that of only spraying.
