Abstract：In this paper the relationship between the structure and the biological activity for thiophenesulfonylurea, benzenesulfonylurea and 2 methyl benzenesulfonylurea containing 4,5,6 trisubstituted pyrimidine ring were discussed.It is first found that some sulfonylurea herbicide containing 4,5,6 trisubstituted pyrimidine ring showed a good herbicidal activity.
