Abstract：The present paper, based on the study of ferritin label in the Chinese limulus yolk granulation, deals with the genesis of the Chinese limulus yolk with the technique of electron microscope.It expounds the ovigenesis of the Chinese limulus and the route of yolk formation as well. The result shows that cell organs, inclualing golgi complex, mitochondrion, lysosome, pinosome are involved in yolk granulation.
