Abstract：The composition of phycobiliproteins and crude proteins in Microcystis blooms collected from Dianchi Lake and cultule Spirulina was compared. The high concentration of NaNO 3 and ultrafiltration was used to extract phycobiliproteins.The results show that the percentages of phycobiliproteins in Microcystis blooms, sun dried Spirulina and spray dried Spirulina are respectively 15.07%,8.05%, 3.68%. Those might suggest that the method for phycobiliprotein exact is simple and efficient,and the phycobiliproteins obtained from Microcystis blooms are safety. The study is helpful for the utility of Microcystis blooms.
