Abstract：Test showed that the more Selenium was contained in soil, the more selenium accumulated in rice. The speed of the accumution was increased gradully in growth period of rice. Heigh peak of the accumulation was in maturation period 60% of the total se sontent was enriched in later 40% period of the growth. Selenium was accumulated in various parts of the plant. And their se contents were as follows: root>flag leaf>stem>leaf blade>leaf sheath>ear. Accumulating of se was not in step with that of dry matter in rice. Haigh peak of dry matter accumulated was in the middle period of rice growing.
