Abstract：In Hubei Province, the natural conditions are complex and varied, the development of economy and society has great regional differentials, so each sustainablly developing area has its own key choice:to afforest the mountain districts and exploit green industries in mountain areas; to implement blue strategy and exploit water industries combined with a flood control in plain areas, and strengthening regional centre of Wuhan and starting the two wings of Central and East Hubei, to carry out gray strategy and develop the secondary industry and tertiary industry. These strategies can make Hubei devetop in a sustainable way.
