Abstract：Through the biomechanical analysis of shooting angle and speed for swish shot at different shooting distance and height, the authors reveal thearetically the law of variations among them, and calculate the statistics of the best shooting angle and speed at different shooting distance, which will enable players to adjust and control conciously their shooting angle and speed, and raise the percentage of shots.
