Study on mechanism of biological activities of α-oxophosphonic acid derivatives ——Effects of α-oxophosphonic acid derivatives (HJCE) on antioxidase of mung bean roots
Abstract:Mung bean roots were treated with various concentration of HJCE. Both the activity and isoenzyme of their peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) changed respectively. The two enzymes were inhibited evidently in high concentrations of HJCE and increased slightly in low concentrations. In the meantime, various concentration of HJCE have the similiar effects on the survival rate of mung bean roots.
