Abstract：To deepen the reform of normal chemistry education,in the basis of comparing with the chemistry education in foreign countries and analyzing the statistical and analytical results of a questionnaire investigation performed within the undergraduates in the chemistry department,this paper proposes the strategies of cultivating high quality chemistry teachers.
