Abstract：This paper analyses main problems of industrial structures of Hubei Province: efficiency in industrial structures is low and some industrial structures are similar to the others', economic benefit of ascendant industries is low, industrial funds are deconcentrated etc. This paper suggests: (1) giving full play to develop industrials of densely labour; (2) devoting major efforts to opening up real estate market and markets in countryside; (3) vigorously developing ascendant industries; (4) paying much attention to significant projects to push forward development of the third industry.
