Abstract:Two genic sterile line from different sources were slected as parents for hybridization to recmbine genes. In the recomining progenies,those new type genic mate sterile lines performed differences from parents in sterilities were selected out. Sterility transfromation was not affectde by any single factor.While sterilities were controlled by both thermo and photo sensitive genes which were non- allele. Fluctuating sterilities have not been found in male sterile period while temperature was extremely low. Fertililty transformations were obtained in both shorter photoperiod and lower temperature.Thus,hybrid seed production is puite secure under the control of the two genes which performes the effects for double insurances. these genic male sterile lines and practicable in two- line hybrid production.
