Abstract：Hubei province is now in a difficult position between the modernization of eastern China and the exploitation of western China. Its economy and society development level is on the tableland among the seven provinces in middle China (including municipality directly under the Central Govenment) ,which creates the possibility and feasibility for Hubei province to provide omnibearing service for western China. This paper holds the point that through the full use of its advantage of geography position,science,education and water resource,Hubei province is sure to extend its service scope and rate of market occupation.
