Abstract：Combining analytical hierarchy process(AHP) with principal component analysis,the paper evaluates the general investmentd environment in 31 provincial areas in Chinese Mainland.Then taking tertiary industry as an example,using key- factor- evaluation method and principal component analysis,it also evaluates the industry- oriented investmental environment in these provincial areas. Finally,this paper makes an constractive analysis on both of the evaluation results.
