Abstract：Water-soluble resins is prepared and reformed by polymerization of acrylic,ester acrylate with epoxide resin, ethylene ester acetate,polyethylenol etc in the presence of initiator and in the water or alcohol as a solvent. The resin possesses excellent character ,e.g. good stability,anti acidity,anti rub,anti water,endurance, etc. When the resin used in preparation of water-soluble ink, it can reach printing of standard to PE film.
