Abstract：Hubei province is the representative of Jin and Chu culture in South China. The God of Agriculture, Silk and Tea and the Emperor of Medicine can represent material tourism culture ; The Songs of the South and the Dance of the South can represent the spiritual tourism culture which become the basis of Han culture. The most representative one is "Rhapsody of Imaginary" written by SIMA Xiang-ru, in which there are three theme parks named as Unreal Park, Imaginary Park and Fictitious Park. After a comparative study, a conclusion can be drawn that Hubei province has many advantages to be powerful tourist province.
