Abstract：Basing on the case of the discovery of interstellar molecules, this paper discusses the relationship between the identification of interstellar molecules and the objectivity of interstellar molecules. It makes an explanation of the objectivity of identification and gives out a new comprehension on the "objectivity" in natural science:the objectivity is no loger only the traditional meaning of "observability" and "perceptivity", but the "receivability" and "comprehensibility" on information.
