Abstract：It is important to verify the absolute configuration of chiral molecular in order to know its function in creature. Chiroptical and NMR methods are practical tools for determining the absolute configuration of natural products.In this paper,chiroptical and NMR methods for determining the absolute configuration of natural products of late years are reviewed.
