Abstract：In order to investigate the relationship between baculovirus and host cytoskeleton, this paper cloned drosephilia 5c actin into expression vector pLM3, then cotrasfected Hz cell with baculovirus HaSNPV to generate a recombinant virus HaSNPV, in which the polh 5c actin was under control by polyhedrin gene promoter.The recombinant HaSNPV could infect Hz2e5, but produced less polyhedra than wild type HaSNPV. The virus was used to further study the mechanism of influence of host actin filaments on baculovirus.
