Abstract:Based on the theory of price of labor force, the models of housing subsidies and market oriented salary (including housing consumption factors) are made. With the application of these models, a new interpretation has been given to the monetization of housing distribution and the arrangement of property right of sold public housing. It is thought that when the wage of employees is set by the market, the monetization of housing distribution is naturally realized and housing subsidies do not necessarily exist. The property right of sold public housing should be defined as private property right of housing purchasers.
