Abstract：This article points out two kinds of representative investment managing model of the theme park in China and analyzes their managing thought, advantages and disadvantages; from system atic dynamic perspective, it explains the system behavior of the managing model of the theme park. It considers that the management of the theme park in China should take the construction of the theme park as first driving force which will fasten the civilization of near areas, develop other corresponding industries, and carry out diverse development strategy.
