Abstract：Gradual reform in China has substantially changed the real estate market mechanism and at the same time successfully turned real estate industry into the pillar industry of our economy. Because of the complicated social, economic and psychological reasons, the real estate market order is one of the most concerned issues in our daily life. The most striking problem in real estate market includes: poor house quality, chaotic housing price, contract nonfulfilment or contract deception. It is critical for governments of all levels to realize the importance of real estate market order, establish self-guidance and punishment mechanism in real estate sector.
