Abstract：In order to obtain high titer monoclonal antibodies to MT, coupling MT to bovine serum albumin with formaldehyde and by immunizing Balb/c mice with multifocal intra-dermal injections with this MT conjugate., by Peg-induced fusion of immune PLN and Sp2/0 cells, we selected the positive cell strains and determined the titer of the McAb to MT. We evaluated the specificity of antibodies by determination of cross-reactivity of several analogues, we obtained 5 strains of hybridoma (4C9D7,3E12C7H11E7,3E12A9D7,6A6A3A2C3,1E1E2H2H6) whitch stably secreted higher titer monoclonal antibodies to melatonin.
