Abstract：The terrain of Xiangxi district is varied, which terribly restricts the development of its economy. The article analyzes that the transportation by land is the main way to develop the traffic net for this district. It points out the mechanism for the development of the traffic transportation net, and propores the means and suggestions for its continuous development.
