Abstract：Using the sample of XBLs and flat-spectrum radio-loud quasars presented by Fossati et al.(1998), we calculated the broad-band spectral index from radio to X-ray and peak frequency of each source respectively. We also made a statistical analysis between broad-band spectral index and peak frequency for XBLs and FSRQs. The main results are as follows: There are very strong correlations between broad-band spectral index and peak frequency for XBLs and FSRQs. It is helpful for us to understand the radiation mechanism for these different kinds of blazers.
