Abstract：Celastrus angulatus Max. is a traditional insecticidal plant in China. The plant has been investigated thoroughly at aspects of chemistry and biology since 1980. This paper summarized the research results of the active ingredients from the plant and their biological activities by Insititute of Pesticide Science of Northwest Science and Technology University of Agriculture and Forestry.
