Abstract：In this study, embedding was applied to immobilize SOD and the properties of the immobilized SOD was studied. The result showed that as an embedding reagent, polyacrylamide exhibited the best immobilizing effect when its concentration was (22.5%.) As a consequence, the immobilized SOD had many distinct strongpoints such as being stable to heat, acid and alkali, the prolonged preserving duration and the capability of repeatitive use.
