Abstract： The weighted Moore-Penrose inverses of Boolean matrices are discussed. Some necessary and sufficient conditions for existence of the weighted Moore-Penrose inverses of Boolean matrices and some characterizations and properties of the weighted Moore-Penrose inverses of Boolean matrices are given. In particular, this paper obtains that the weighted Moore-Penrose inverse of a Boolean matrix A is unique whenever the weighted Moore-Penrose inverse of A exists and if the weight matrices are not smaller than the unit matrix the weighted Moore-Penrose inverse of A equals to transposed matrix of A.
