Abstract： CoFe and CoAl Hydrotalcite(CoFe-HT,CoAl-HT) with Co/Fe and Co/Al molar ratios of 2 to 4 are synthesized by coprecipitation. The structures of both have been studied by means of XRD and IR. Although they have the same crystal structures and high purity,the bond strengths of OH-CO_3-OH and OH-H_2O-CO_3-OH, CoAl-HT are stronger than those in CoFe-HT. It has been shown that the structure stability of CoAl-HT is higher than that of CoFe-HT.
