Abstract： The experiment makes Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Enterobacter aerogenes, Salmonella gallinarum as samples and tests the bacteriostastic activity of different organs of Rubus tephrodes Hance? Xanthium sibiricum Patrin and their organs' different compatibility of medicines by dilution method. It testifies that R. tephrodes Hance stem could produce bacteriostasis all against six samples, R. tephrodes Hance leaf could have a strong effect on Staphylococcus aureus. R. tephrodes Hance root's antimicrobial spectrum and bacteriostasis is the weakest. X. sibiricum Patrin's stem and leaf could produce bacteriostasis widely and strongly, its' fruit is the weaker, but X. sibiricum Patrin's root is weakest both in the scope and effect. The compatibility of both medicine's MBC is less than or equal to (0.25 g/mL,) which is picked up from X. sibiricum Patrin root, R. tephrodes Hance stem and leaf and X. sibiricum Patrin stem and leaf, R. tephrodes Hance root.
