Abstract：The systemic studies on plant hormone affecting the in vitro culture of wheat inflorescence were carried out in this paper. It indicated that the frequency of callus induction can achieve 100% in all of the experimental lines, Induction medium containing 2,4-D was better than Picloram in frequency of plantlet regeneration and green spot dif ferentiation, the up trend was observed on plantlet regeneration rate with the 2,4-D concentration raise in the certain available range, and the concentration of 4.5 mg/L re suited in the highest average plantlet regeneration rate of 45 %.
