Abstract：This paper introduces the fundamental structure and character of fuel cell engine.It designs an applied control system and analyses operational principle and control strategy of each subsystem.According to it's characteristic and working condition,this paper also brings forward an coordinated control method for fuel cell engine system and get a preferable effect of control.
