Abstract：Different hole-scale and thickness anodic aluminium oxide(AAO) templates were prepared through the method of anodic oxidation in different solutions on different voltages and temperatures.The AAO templates were charactered by SEM,UV-visible absorption spectra and fluorophotometer.It is displayed that the AAO template prepared in H_2C_2O_4 solution has the characteristics of UV absorption and photoluminescence.
