Abstract：With the rapid development of our country and its economy,the eleventh five-year plan is on its way to be worked out.Coal,oil,electricity and transportation have become bottlenecks.The development of the central area is restricted by these four factors.Setting up a unified electricity net is the key to break the bottleneck of our national economy and it's also the key to accomplish the strategy of springing up of the central area.
