Abstract：A rural-urban territorial system is a spatial organizing pattern, in which there are the meaning of a region and the structure of central place system. It is also one of kinds of land-man territorial system,which is characterized bynonlinear co-relation and dynamic open-out and self-organizing circulation. The spatial organizing of a rural-urban territorial system is an economic activity. The essence is arranging and re-organizing process of economic resource within the territory,which is derived by the spatial behavioral subjects in and out the system. These subjects include inhabitants and factory owners and a local government. There are some spatial organizing paths in the system, which include the territorial networking of the spatial organizing key elements and the spatial co-relation with the outside.
