Abstract：Complex dynamic networks consist of a number of nodes or vertices connected by links or edges, in which each node is a dynamic system. This paper formulates and studies a new model of hybrid complex dynamical networks with spatio-temporal switching topology. Based on the switched I.yapunov function, the stability of this new model with discrete and arbitrary spatio-tempora! switches is established and analyzed. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
