Abstract：The state-of-the industrial development of the middle and lower basins of Hanjiang river is one of the most importance problems,which relation to the economy and society stabilization of the whole Hanjiang volley even the Hubei province.At present,the state-of-the industrial development of this area is the metaphase,and far from the grown up phase.Awaking the station of the industrial,determining the reasonable objective of the industrial development,and selecting a well-proven measures to quicken industrialization's steps and led to the road of new industrialization in this area,is necessity to rapidly raise the synthesis actual strength and make it to the former of the central and western area of China.It is also the key moves to optimizing the economy structure in whole and advancing the quality and benefit of economy.It has the important tactic significant to achieve the goal of ensuring our people a relative comfortable life.
