Abstract：Experiments were conducted on three genomic DNA extraction methods to determine the best one that satisfy the extraction of genome DNA from dried specimens of the butterfly. The result shows that genome DNA could be succesfully extactd from drieed specimens of butterfly. Based on the analysis of the extracts and RAPD, it is suggested that the method is effective.
