Abstract:In this paper,based on the theory of multicarrier(MC) signaling technique and the RAKE receiver,a multicarrier DS-CDMA RAKE system is proposed.We evaluate the system performance over Rayleigh fading channel with multiple access interference(MAI) and narrow-band interference(NBI) present,and compare the results with those of both a single carrier RAKE system and a multicarrier DS CDMA system. It is shown from the simulation results that the presented model has larger capability of suppressing narrow-band interference and multiple-access interference and can support more number of users when the system parameters are selected properly.
