Abstract：Dajiu Lake of Shennongjia is a rare and unique sub alpine peat-swamp wetland in subtropics in China. However, since the foundation of the state, Dajiu Lake has endured multiple large-scale developments and the ecological environment of the wetland was greatly changed. This paper uses Remote Sensing as the main means, together with field survey and relevant literatures, and studies the process of Dajiu Lake land use change, analyzes the impact on wetland ecological environment and brings forward the land use plan based on wetland restoration.
