Abstract：For generalizing Farkas Lemma that is one of the basic theories of linear programming to the conic linear system, the paper uses the dual cone and strict separation theorem, and proves Farkas Lemma of the conic linear system. The conclusion shows that with the dual cone, the formats of Farkas Lemma are same both in the linear system and in the conic linear system. It offers the convenience studying the conic programming.
