Abstract：In this paper, a description is given of the structure on automorphism groups of MOk, which are finite subdirectly irreducible modular ortholattices. The type of elements in automorphism groups Aut(MOk) and the relation of |MOk| and|Aut (MOk)| are discussed firstly, the generators set of Aut (MOk) is obtained by incomplete induction, then it is shown clearly by block permutation that Aut (MOk) is generated by the generators set. Thus the structure of Aut(MOk) has been known.
