Abstract：According to the geometric theorem of externally tangent of circle, this paper mainly design a new shot and hammer field positioner on the basis of innovating the technology of the original. In contrast with the original, the new positioner can be more exactly in measurement, more rational and perfect in design, more convenient in carry and operation,and reduce the production cost at the same further.
