Abstract：Total proteins of susceptible and resistant ceils to Bt CrylAc were analyzed using two dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the 2-D E maps for susceptible and resistant TnH5 cell proteins were established, and the quantitative and qualitative difference for some protein spots between them was detected. These differentially expressed proteins were identified by matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time-oh flight mass spectrometry. The results indicated that some differential proteins were similar to periplasmic binding protein, probable dehydrogenase,lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis protein,hypothetical protein LJ0823 and immunoglobulin heavy chain, respectively.
