Abstract：Grain safety research is important for the development of an area. In this paper, the grain safety of lake area in Hubei province was analyzed from the aspects of grain production condition, grain production status, and grain production question. The countermeasures are put forward to advance the grain production in Hubei lake area, in establishment of grain production task, construction of grain throughput and adjustment of agricultural structure.
