Abstract：Internal resistance is a key performance parameter of fuel cell. As a result, there is important practical significance to design an online monitoring system. Usually, internal resistance is hard to measure exactly because of its non-linear and time-varying characteristic. In order to solve this problem, on the basis of analyzing the internal resistance of fuel cell and advantages of EIS method, a practical method of online measurement for fuel cell ohmic resistance, namely alternating current variable frequency and variable amplitude method, was proposed. In addition, measure system hardware and software were designed based on DSP. Good measurement effect is achieved by using this method.
