Abstract：In this paper, microcomputers are used on the electron spin resonance [ESR] experiment for collecting storing data, data, isolating ESR signal and processing real-time data. By means of plug-in hardware and the program that combines the BASIC with the 6502 machine language, the computers satisfie the requirement of man-mechine interaction, fast graphic displaying and data processing It showcs that it is succesful to apply "prompt" technique to measure the parametes of ESR signal.
