Abstract：In this article, 138 cases of pregnancy and hypertension syndrome are analysed, which come to the conclusion that women who give birth to babies contract the diseaseat the rate of 6.52%, and contract eclampsia at the rate of 0.58% all the year round. The incidence of the disease reaches highly to 54.34% btween 25 year-old and 29 year-old first-timed lying-in women. It is the long timed tensed spirits that cause the disease to come on. It can ease haemorrhage in childbirth to treat comfining traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The problem can't be ignored by the obstetrician that franquillizer, such as magnesium sulfate and so on result in the haemorrhage lacking of strength which is driven forward by womb systole, and the massive haemorrhage which is driven forward by placental detaining. So it is the important task for obstetrician to take every preventive measure vigorously before, during and after childbirth and to deal with the postpartam haemorrhage in time.
